Empowering landlords to make a difference

The Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Landlords Association (SD&G), a non-profit organization founded in 1997 to serve landlords and property managers alike. Our mission is to provide resources, education, and support to members, so they can succeed. Whether you are a seasoned landlord or just starting out, our network of industry professionals is here to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities of property ownership. We encourage a community of like-minded individuals to share information and act in the common interest of all members. Membership is open to all landlords and property managers and is tax-deductible, so join us today to begin improving your property investment strategies!

Our Goals

Harmony

We are committed to creating a positive and productive relationship between landlords and tenants. Our organization provides resources for landlords to become more effective and proactive in managing their properties, which benefits both landlords and tenants.

Community

We are committed to providing our members with the resources and information they need to succeed as landlords. Our goal is to increase our association membership, creating a network of like-minded individuals with access to valuable tools and resources. 

Awareness

We are dedicated to educating and supporting landlords in understanding the regulations and procedures of the Residential Tenancy Act and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Our team of professionals is always on hand to provide insights and advice.

Unite

We unite private sector landlords from across the region to discuss and address concerns regarding the rental housing industry. Our aim is to provide a platform where landlords can voice their concerns and suggest solutions, leading to a more prosperous industry.
